    PILATES MAT 

    Focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. This class uses bodyweight exercises and small equipment to enhance stability and posture.

    Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

    HATHA YOGA 

    A gentle and traditional style of yoga focusing on alignment, breath, and mindful movement. It’s ideal for building a solid foundation in yoga practice.

    POWER YOGA 

    A dynamic and vigorous practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Power Yoga is a modern, fitness-based approach to Vinyasa yoga which still incorporates breathing and mindfulness.

    ACTIVATED FLOW YOGA 

    A unique style created at Mindful Movement, combining elements of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with functional movement patterns to activate and energize the body.

    Ideal for all students, beginner to advanced.

    RESTORATIVE YOGA 

     A calming and soothing practice that uses props to support the body in restful postures, promoting deep relaxation and stress relief.

    Reduces stress, calms the nervous system, and promotes deep rest and healing.

    Perfect for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and de-stress. No prior yoga experience is necessary.

    GENTLE STRETCH AND STRENGTH

    A class specifically designed for older adults, focusing on gentle stretching and strengthening exercises to improve flexibility, balance, and overall physical health. This class is low-impact and paced to suit the needs of seniors.

    Enhances mobility, improves muscle strength, improves co-ordination and balance,  and reduces risk of falls
