Yoga complements the nature of modern day life by teaching us the value of self reflection, non-reactivity and slowing down. We encourage mindfulness in our movement practice. This helps us to move with integrity to improve our strength and mobility, as well as our mindset and mood.
I have been practising yoga for 10 years and teaching since 2012. I have found the practice to be of tremendous value in the way I find peace and grounding in a frenetic world. It has also helped me find ease in my body through its more therapeutic applications.
After two Yoga Teacher Trainings, my passion for movement and teaching led me to pursue a degree in Biokinetics. As an injury specialist, I continue to explore the alchemy of yoga and rehabilitation with profound benefits for my clients.
