Our teaching emphasises the therapeutic benefit of yoga for the health of our body and mind.

Yoga complements the nature of modern day life by teaching us the value of self reflection, non-reactivity and slowing down. We encourage mindfulness in our movement practice. This helps us to move with integrity to improve our strength and mobility, as well as our mindset and mood.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

One-on-one classes addressing your needs at your pace.

Small classes with a relaxed atmosphere and personal attention.

One class per week costs R450 per month.

Outdoor Yoga at the Botanical Gardens, Sundays Fortnightly at 9am.

Holistic trainings designed to equip teachers to help their clients. Sound knowledge, inspiring results.

YOGA RETREATS

We offer immersive yoga experiences in exotic locations around the world. No retreats are currently planned due to COVID-19.
