Aimée

Suada

Certified BASI Pilates Instructor | Certified Yoga Instructor | Pre and Post-Natal Exercise Instructor

Abedah brings a compassionate and grounded approach to yoga. Her classes create space for students to move, breathe and reconnect with themselves in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Anita

Hatha Yoga Facilitator | Wellness Counsellor | LLB | BCom Honours IP
